Second Beat are the stage manifestations of the project Working Tools, in which Kim and Moran Itzhaky Abergel gave a weekly physical and improvisational classes to a group of people with mental disabilities. This project started at 2017 and will continue until 2021.
In this piece, the stage is used as a tool that encapsulates the passion to perform, be celebrated and be accepted, and as a cultural arena in which all human beings are welcome to join in simple actions involving black plastic chairs and biographical stories.
